Cotleigh
This brewery has 30 years experience of brewing Finest Somerset Beers, they began life in Devon in 1979, in the old stable block of Cotleigh Farmhouse at Washfield near Tiverton. They are proud to supply unique award winning beers brewed in Wiveliscombe Somerset by their dedicated brewing team led by Jeff Curd Master Brewer. In June 2005 Cotleigh Brewery was awarded “Drinks Producer of the Year 2005”, by readers and judges of “Somerset Life” Magazine. This success was repeated in 2007.

Harveys
Harveys has been brewing in Lewes for two centuries. Georgian wine merchant John Harvey brewed his first pint in Bear Yard opposite the current site. He was brewing part time, sharing his plant with another brewer, Thomas Wood. Harvey and Son (Lewes) Ltd remains a privately owned Family Business (now in its seventh generation). The Brewery has become something of a Sussex icon representing stability and integrity. The brewery have been awarded 57 accolades since trading, the first award was given to brewery in 1952 for the Draught XXXX (Old Ale).

Palmers
Our draught ales win awards. Beer drinkers love them. They love the distinctive taste and delicious character. And the refreshing, thirst quenching qualities of Palmers' traditional ales.  They love the fact we're among the UK's very best small independant brewers - and that  we've been brewing non-stop since 1974.  The original old brewery at Bridport in West Dorset is where we still wortk in traditional methods with the finest ingredients. Methods and ingredients that have built our reputation over 200 years. Today, we skilfully blend these best brewing rules with scientific systems, to create five quality ales for the 21st century.

Westerham
Established in 2004 by Robert Wicks, The Westerham Brewery Company is proud to bring brewing back to the historic town of Westerham with a rich brewing heritage, Westerham can once again be proud of locally brewed, top quality real ales. Locally sourced, our malt and hops are chosen with skill and care to produce ales with a distinctive yet traditional flavour. The local hard water, which percolates through the Lower Greensand Ridge to the south or Westerham, is excellentfor brewing ales such as the IPA for which Westerham was once famous.

Thatchers
Thatchers has made fine cider in Somerset for over 100 years. Crafted using freshly pressed English apples, many of our traditional ciders are based on authentic recipes and matured in oak. Today these complement the new, refreshingly different drinks in Thatchers’ award winning range.

Thatchers have recently bought out 2 new ciders, which have been proved to be very popular in our shop, especially when served chilled over ice:

  • Katy Rose - This medium Rise Cider has been blended and blushed from the rosiest Katy apples.  Served lightly chilled, Katy Rose adds a bit of sparkle to life and is perfect for enjoying on your own or with friends! 5.4% vol
  • Ciderberry - A rich red, lightly sparkling medium Somerset cider bursting with berry flavours.  Crafted from the finest English apples     and a delicious blend of blueberries, blackcurrants and raspberries.  Fruity, floral notes, intensified by raspberry and blueberry aromas with a refreshingly light taste. 5.4% vol

Chiddingstone

Biddenden Cider
The vineyards were established by the Barnes family in 1969. Starting with one acre the vineyards has grown to 22 acres with nine varieties of grapes grown. Great effort is made to ensure that the Estate wines produced are of the highest quality, which is reflected by the number of awards we receive.

Wrights Original
Wrights Original Dark Ginger is a traditional drink from the very heart of the Tyne and has been produced by the Wright family through several generations, and can be traced back to the 1800’s.
